Hops on the Hill Returns to Stein Eriksen Lodge for 2015

Written by Scott Cullins
For all of you Master Cicerones-in-training out there, Hops on the Hill is a great way to sample some of Utahs’ best craft beers, paired with some gourmet recipes developed by executive chef Zane Holmquist and his team at Stein Eriksen Lodge Deer Valley.

Holmquist is an avid mountain biker, and he loves beer. Obviously he loves food, too. Could it be he dreamed up this event when, after a ride, he sat drinking a beer on the deck at Stein? And then thinking about how nice it would be to share his passion with like-minded folks?

I recommend spending the afternoon riding at Deer Valley, then heading over to Stein Eriksen Lodge, plunking down $40 and sampling some of Utah’s best beer and best food at Hops on the Hill. There’s also a free concert at each event.

If you are really into it, book at room at Stein Eriksen Lodge.

Enjoy
