Check out this episode of Utopia TV from our buddy Erik Hutchins. The episode covers the Good Water Rim trail, located in the Little Grand Canyon of Utah, just outside of Huntington and Castle Dale, about 2-1/2 hours drive from Salt Lake City. The trail follows the rim of the canyon on BLM land and there is a lot of distributed camping avaialable adjacent to the trail.
Wasatch Rider first caught up with Hutchins at McCoy Flats, in Vernal Utah were he was filming for an episode of Utopia TV.
